About Me

Hi! I’m Debbie the face behind DebbieC VA Support. I provide reliable, flexible admin support for tradies, contractors and small business across Ireland. 

My Experience

I started my career as a PA for a busy construction company in Dublin, where i learned exactly how fast paced the trades world can be and how much paperwork comes with it. 

I later worked as a retail manager, developing strong people skills, customer service experience and day-to-day business organisation.

From there, I moved to technical advisory work and then into Anti-Money Laundering and KYC roles, where accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.


Each role strengthened the skills I use everyday to support my clients. 

Why I Started My Business

After years working in demanding roles, I saw a clear gap: so many tradies and small businesses were losing time, money and energy because they were buried under admin. Quotes, invoices, emails and paperwork were taking them away from the work they actually get paid to do.


At the same time, I wanted to build a career that gave me more freedom and flexibility, the kind that allowed me to travel, work independently and have a real balance, while using the skills I've built over the years. Starting DebbieC VA Support brought those goals together.


I get to support hardworking business owners who need reliable, organised help in the background, while creating a service that I'm truly passionate about. It's a business built on experience , independence and drive to make life easier for my clients.
